COLUMBUS — It took just one offensive play for Ohio State to flex its muscle against Penn State .

Quarterback Julian Sayin faked a handoff and struck wide receiver Carnell Tate on an in-breaking route for 20 yards. Two plays later, Sayin floated a beauty on the sideline for fellow superstar wideout Jeremiah Smith.
