Showers will return to the area today as a clipper system swings across the Ohio River Valley. Rain chances stay low this afternoon, but they go up later this evening and hang around through the overnight hours.
We've been cool around here for quite some time. In fact, our high temperatures have been below average every day for 10 days now! Temperatures will stay cool with the rain and cloudy skies brought in by the clipper system, but we expect a nice warming trend next week. Highs will return to the middle 60s widespread by Wednesday. This will bring our high temperatures above normal for the first time in 2 weeks.
