(KTLA) -- Candy thieves struck an L.A. home on Halloween night, but what took the resident by surprise was the age of one of the perpetrators.
A KTLA viewer sent in home security footage from their Hyde Park residence that showed a group of trick-or-treaters approaching the front porch, where they had left several buckets of candy for the neighborhood, around 8 p.m. Friday.
The group consisted of five costume-wearing young children and one older, adult woman who was also wearing a costume.
"Get your [candy]...hustle up," the woman can be heard instructing the children, before telling them to "leave some for the other kids."
