Ketchum City Council members will gather Monday in Ketchum City Hall at 4 p.m. for a regular meeting.

The City Council during the meeting is set to hold a public hearing on and conduct the second reading of a new draft of the city's zoning and land use laws that includes changes in formatting, structure and content that the city has said were intended to eliminate contradictions and create a more "user-friendly" document ahead of a separate, larger overhaul.

After the city adopts the latest draft, it will begin work on the overhaul , which will include three installments and update the zoning and land use laws to reflect the city's recently adopted comprehensive plan, a document that will guide Ketchum development for years to come.
