GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — On Saturday, Nov. 1, open enrollment for 2026 plans begins for the state's official health insurance marketplace, Connect for Health Colorado.

Until Jan. 15, 2026, the annual enrollment period will offer Colorado residents the opportunity to either shop for new affordable health insurance options or renew current plans between six different health insurance companies; however, individuals must enroll by Dec. 15 for coverage that starts on Jan. 1, 2026.

Connect for Health Colorado offers state residents financial assistance for purchasing health insurance and has launched an improved "Estimate and Explore" tool to showcase a tailored view of coverage options.
