New Delhi, Nov 02: Govt launches the Employee Enrollment Scheme 2025 to improve citizen-centric service delivery, effective November 1.

Union Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya announced the scheme at EPFO’s 73rd Foundation Day, aiming to formalize the workforce and ease business operations. Employers can avoid employee contribution penalties under certain conditions.

Mandaviya highlighted the need for efficiency, transparency, and empathy in EPFO’s reforms, as India targets Viksit Bharat 2047. The EPFO 3.0 platform and new initiatives like simplified withdrawal categories are expected to enhance service delivery.

EPFO also established partnerships with India Post Payments Bank for digital services and Government e-Marketplace for data sharing.
