The government shutdown enters its second month on Saturday and would set a new record as the longest in U.S. history if it lasts past next Tuesday. Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) believes that will happen, although he predicts it won't last much longer than that. In an interview on Thursday, Mullin spoke about the shutdown and what he's hearing in the informal talks he regularly has with other senators, Republican and Democrat:
