MONTICELLO- Across the world, Survivors of Suicide Loss will be gathering on Saturday, November 22nd for International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day, to honor and remember loved ones lost to Suicide. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is sponsoring a Sullivan County gathering, hosted by NAMI Sullivan County at 20 Crystal Street in Monticello from 11 a.m.to 1:30 p.m. Complimentary brunch, coffee, tea, and juices will be provided. Activities include watching an AFSP-produced documentary film and creating a take-home craft to honor and remember loved ones lost.
Whether you are a recent loss survivor or have been grieving for years, you are welcome and encouraged to join. Active participation is not required; your presence is appreciated. The event is free of charge
