Domestic incident leads to shooting of 13

ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — Rockford Police are investigating after a 13-year-old was shot Saturday evening.

According to a Rockford Police Department spokesperson it stems from a "domestic incident."

The 13-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
