SHAVER LAKE, Calif (KSEE/KGPE) - The Selma man who left for a planned day-long hunting trip in the Sierra National Forest nearly three weeks ago has been found alive, the Fresno County Sheriff's Office has announced.
Details are very limited at this time, however, the sheriff's office said on Saturday that a group of hunters found 65-year-old Ron Dailey on the Swamp Lake Trail near Shaver Lake.
Sheriff's deputies and EMS have made contact with Dailey, and they also said that his family knows that he has been located.
The seasoned hunter was supposed to return to his family the same evening, on October 13th.
