How many times have you heard that there are no tickets available for a women’s cricket match in India? Well, chances are, probably never. However, the reality is there are no tickets available for Sunday’s ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 final between hosts India and South Africa at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, which has a seating capacity of 45,000.

Around 34,651 fans watched India defeat Australia in a thrilling semi-final at the same venue on Thursday (October 30), for which the tickets were available for as low as Rs 150, but for Sunday’s final, even when cricket-crazy fans of Mumbai are ready to pay double the amount, there are no tickets.

So why are there no tickets available? Well, the stadium is sold out for Sunday’s final.
