SOUTHINGTON, Ohio (WKBN) - Southington Chalker football is headed to the OHSFCA-sponsored eight-man football State Championship after a win against Danbury, 52-8, at Wildcat Acres Stadium in Southington.

Wildcat's quarterback Tanner Kelson rushed for 268 yards and two touchdowns off 10 carries. Also, Colt Levensky had two carries for 11 yards and a score.

Southington track & field state champion and Wildcats running back Ethan Bosch rushed for 69 yards and one score off 10 carries. Also, Vince Delvecchio posted seven carries for 54 yards and one touchdown.

Southington advances to the state championship against St. Mary Central Catholic at Leetonia Bears Stadium on at 6 p.m. Nov. 8.
