1Dayton, OH A 24-year-old man faces significant prison time after entering a guilty plea for his involvement in the fatal shooting of a woman earlier this week. Noah Corbitt pleaded guilty to murder, four counts of felonious assault with a deadly weapon, and discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises, according to court records.
The incident occurred during a confrontation over a botched firearm sale on September 21. Corbitt, angry after losing $200 in the deal, shot at a vehicle driven by Jermea Lyle while she had her 4-year-old daughter in the back seat.
