The Boilermakers had lost six in a row, including all five of their Big Ten games, ahead of their matchup with Michigan. They aren’t good.
That the Boilermakers hung with the Wolverines is a worry, or should be, for Michigan – and its College Football Playoff aspirations. The Wolverines beat the Boilermakers, 21-16, on Saturday, Nov. 1 , at Michigan Stadium ... and impressed exactly no one.
