Sealing the deal: Arizona responded to CU’s first touchdown with a 60-yard touchdown pass with 12:38 to play in the second quarter to take a 24-7 lead. Less than eight minutes later, the Wildcats intercepted the Buffs and followed that with another touchdown and a 31-7 lead.

Turning point: Although CU was in a 10-0 hole early, the air went out of the building when Buffs quarterback Kaidon Salter fumbled and Arizona recovered at the 12-yard line. The Wildcats scored one play later to go up 17-0.
