Nobody could accuse the team behind award-winning Totterdown restaurant Bank of resting on their laurels.
Since opening in the former Banco Lounge in 2021, Bank has scooped countless accolades including inclusion in SquareMeal’s Top 100 Restaurants and The Good Food Guide’s Best Sunday Roast Top 50.
Bank is well known for its fire-cooking concept - this is a place where smoking in the kitchen is encouraged - and until recently this neighbourhood favourite had also gained a reputation for its sharing plates.
But owners Dan O’Regan and Jack Briggs-Horan have now changed course again - this time returning to a more traditional menu structure of starters, mains and desserts.
