Indian women's cricket team is set to face South Africa on Sunday to claim their maiden ICC Women's World Cup title.

The journey till here was not easy, as they faced three consecutive losses starting with the three-wicket defeat to their final opponent. However, the team pulled their way back into the semi finals and will be playing today to grab the championship title.

While India are playing the Women's World Cup final for the third time, South Africa will be doing it for the first time.

This time, the winning team will not only grab the grand trophy, but also will get the highest winning amount ever awarded to Cricket World Cup team, be it men or women.

In September this year, ICC had announced a huge increase in the prize money for the ICC Women's World Cup, that is $13.88 million
