Game 7 of the 2025 MLB World Series turned heated in Toronto as tempers flared between the Blue Jays and the Dodgers. George Springer, Andres Gimenez and and Justin Wrobleski were all involved. The drama began in the fourth inning when Wrobleski hit Blue Jays infielder Gimenez with a 96 mph fastball after nearly hitting him on two earlier pitches. Gimenez wasn’t happy and exchanged words with Wrobleski, and within seconds, both benches and bullpens emptied onto the field.
Players were quickly separated by umpires, and no one was ejected. The crowd at Rogers Center roared throughout the confrontation, with Blue Jays fans making their frustration toward Wrobleski loud and clear.
