Fans began clearing out of Acrisure Arena a bit early on Saturday, just after the Colorado Eagles scored their third goal of the game and as the Los Angeles Dodgers were tied in the bottom of the ninth inning in Game 7 of the World Series.

The timing of the two events was coincidental. The timing of the seats emptying was probably not.

While the Dodgers went into extra innings with the Toronto Blue Jays , the Coachella Valley Firebirds fell, 3-1, to the Eagles to fall to 3-4-1 this season in front of 6,863.
