‘This has enveloped our entire lives for the last seven years’ – Bitter row between neighbours over house extension in Sutton beach enclave set for court
Next-door neighbours say fallout has dominated their lives since dispute began in 2019
After six years of acrimony, a long-running row between next-door neighbours over an extension in one of the most desirable coastal locations in Dublin might finally reach a conclusion in the Circuit Court this week.
The dispute centres on a two-storey, 129 square metre addition to businessman Philip Farrelly’s Victorian home at Burrow Road in Sutton that was built without planning permission.
