OLIVER — The general lottery for one of the South Okanagan’s most popular events—the annual Half Corked Marathon—opens Sunday, giving wine enthusiasts a final chance to secure a spot at one of Canada’s most celebrated destination events. The lottery closes on Nov. 4, with successful entrants notified Nov. 6 and invited to purchase tickets for the May 30, 2026 event in Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country. Tickets are $290 plus tax.

Celebrating 18 years of blending vineyard views, local wines, and fun, the Half Corked Marathon has become a must-do experience for wine lovers from around the world. The 22-kilometre route weaves through the vineyards and trails of the Golden Mile and Black Sage Road, offering runners the chance to sample wines along the way.
