BJP MP Manoj Tiwari has alleged he was attacked and heckled by RJD supporters during his roadshow in Bihar's Dumraon. Tiwari, a three-time parliamentarian from North East Delhi, said he avoided a Mokama-like incident and left the spot to avoid a confrontation.
On Thursday, Dular Chand Yadav, a Jan Suraaj Party supporter, died during clashes with JD(U) while campaigning for party candidate Piyush Priyadarshi in Patna's Mokama area. Police have arrested JD(U) candidate and gangster-politician Anant Singh and two others in connection with the murder.
