The same day, Ronaldo Maibam of KCP (I.N) was arrested in Kakching following probes into a Lamdeng Khunou explosion.

In a series of targeted operations, Security Forces in Manipur arrested 8 active cadres from outlawed outfits including KCP (PWG), RPF/PLA, PREPAK, and KCP (I.N), along with one juvenile, between October 31 and November 1, seizing weapons, explosives, and vehicles linked to extortion and blasts.

On October 31, Urikhinbam Malemnganba Meitei, a KCP (PWG) member from Jiribam, was nabbed at his Thongju Part-II residence in Imphal West for extorting public, government colleges, and mobile shops in Lamshang.
