Congress leader and Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Sunday called for urgent and collective action to combat Delhi’s worsening air pollution, urging political leaders across party lines to “get together regardless of political compulsions” as the national capital continues to choke under a thick layer of smog.
“Returning to the Delhi air from Wayanad first, then Bachwara in Bihar is truly shocking. The pollution enveloping this city is like a grey shroud thrown over it,” Gandhi wrote in a post on X.
