Begusarai (Bihar) [India], November 2 (ANI): Following the recent murder of Dularchand Yadav in Mokama, Congress leader Akhilesh Prasad Singh on Sunday launched a sharp attack on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, accusing him of establishing "hooliganism" under his rule.
On October 30, Dularchand Yadav was killed during firing between the two sides while campaigning for the Bihar assembly elections in Mokama.
Speaking to ANI, the Congress leader said, "Hooliganism was established under the rule of Nitish Kumar. In 17 years, 53-54 thousand murders have taken place. Over 130 murders took place even in the capital city, Patna."
Singh further criticised the government, pointing out that despite the implementation of the Model Code of Conduct ( MCC ), such incidents occur frequently
