The NFL's trade deadline is this coming Tuesday, when all 32 teams will have to decide if they're pleased with the direction they're headed or can swing a deal to help accelerate a possible re-build.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Cincinnati is standing firm on holding onto their star defensive end, who becomes a free agent after this season.
