Metro train wrapped in Late Dr Puneeth Rajkumar images as tribute on Kannada Rajyotsava

BENGALURU: On the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava, a Metro train on the Green Line of Namma Metro was wrapped with pictures of Late Dr Puneeth Rajkumar, also affectionately known as “Appu.”

The train has been decorated with Kannada flag colours with slogans like ‘Siri Kannadam Gelge’ and ‘Siri Kannadam Baalge’ written on it.

A poster of the movie ‘Gandhada Gudi’ has also been added at the end. The design was created by Mudra Ventures and Lokesh Outdoor, who have partnered with Namma Metro for advertising rights.

The specially designed train is running from Nagasandra to Silk Board, and pictures of it have gone viral on social media. People are appreciating BMRCL’s love for Kannada and Puneeth Rajkumar, praising their tribute to the late actor.
