This incident raised major concerns among Timberwolves fans. Fortunately, DiVincenzo alleviated some of that tension by returning to the court shortly thereafter. Although he was back on the sidelines, his face appeared to be in rough shape.

A photo that recently surfaced on social media showed DiVincenzo with an injury on his nose and a dressing in his left nostril to stop the bleeding. Additionally, his facial expression drew massive reactions from fans online.
