WASHINGTON — Good Morning America is turning 50, and ABC is planning a golden celebration to mark the occasion.
The long-running morning show will commemorate its half-century milestone with a special live broadcast airing Monday, Nov. 3, at 7 a.m. ET, featuring surprises, throwbacks and appearances from past and present hosts.
“Next Monday, you’re invited to an incredible morning party 50 years in the making,” a voiceover teased during the Monday, Oct. 27 broadcast. Co-anchor Robin Roberts added from the show’s Times Square studio, “It’s gonna be fun.”
