BUTLER, Pa. —
Firefighters worked for hours overnight Sunday after flames tore through the old Bantam Jeep building in Butler County.

Firefighters were greeted by massive flames shooting through the roof and windows of the historic building. Firefighters also battled heavy smoke in the area.
Crews from a number of different fire departments responded as firefighters worked for hours to knock the flames down. No injuries have been reported.
According to Butler Fire Chief Chris Switala, the fourth-floor exterior, all floors inside, and the roof of the building collapsed as a result of the fire.
Switala said the fire rekindled once around 9 a.m. and continued to smolder in some spots throughout the day Sunday.
