PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Port Arthur police are investigating after three people were shot at a Halloween party early Sunday morning in Port Acres.

Officers responded to a large disturbance after shots were fired in the 1000 block of 53rd Street in Port Acres after 1 a.m.

All three victims were shot at the party and two victims went by private vehicle to the Medical Center in Port Arthur.

A third victim went to Prince Hall Apartments in the 900 block of 14th Street, where he was then transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont in stable condition.

The victims have non-life-threatening injuries, according to Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso.
