A dense fog advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 7:27 a.m. in effect until 11 a.m. for North Oregon Coast Range Lowlands, Central Oregon Coast Range Lowlands, Lower Columbia River, Tualatin Valley, West Central Willamette Valley, Linn County Lowlands and Lane County Lowlands.
The weather service says to be ready for, "Visibility one quarter mile or less in areas of dense fog."
"Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous," adds the weather service. "If driving, slow down and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. Pedestrians and cyclists should wear bright or reflective clothing to increase the chances of being seen by others in poor visibility conditions."
