CINCINNATI — Two men were shot early Sunday morning in Carthage, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.
The shooting happened just before 2 a.m. on the 6800 block of Vine Street.
One of the victims, an 18-year-old, is in critical condition. The condition of the other victim, a 23-year-old, is unknown at this time. The Advocates With Sonia Baghdady
