Ten defendants in a statewide sex trafficking case have been indicted by a grand jury, according to Attorney General Andrea Campbell’s Office.
The jury returned 45 indictments against the defendants related to multiple women being trafficked throughout Essex, Middlesex, Plymouth, and Suffolk counties between March 2023 and September 2025, the AG’s office said in a statement Friday.
Gianni Martinez, 23, of Lynn, allegedly trafficked the women for sexual servitude and attempted to recruit additional women for commercial sex, according to the AG’s office. To traffic his victims, Martinez allegedly set up various online dating profiles for them, conversed with potential buyers, and arranged transportation for the victims to meet the buyers and engage in commercial sex acts.
