Winter Fuel Payments worth up to £300 are beginning to enter bank accounts - but not all pensioners will get to keep them.

New rules are in place this year about who will get to keep the winter payments, designed to help with heating costs.

Under what could be a confusing system, all over-65s will initially be paid the money despite not everyone being eligible.
