CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) - The Charleston Police Department is seeking help from the community as they work to locate a missing teenager.

Owen Tillman Kenney, 19, was last seen by friends in the area of King Street and Burns Lane around 2 a.m. on Oct. 31, according to police.

Kenney is described as 6’1 in height and 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing the Boston Celtics jersey in the photo shared below.

According to a Facebook post from family members, Kenney has tattoos on his right forearm, left shoulder, and on his left shin and knee. He may have had a black zip-up hoodie when he was last seen.
