The New England Patriots are shaping up as a team to watch before the NFL trade deadline.

ESPN’s Dan Graziano identified the Patriots as an organization “most likely” to trade for players by Tuesday. The insider wrote that they’re “flush with picks and cap space and would love to cash in on this hot start in Mike Vrabel’s first year as their coach.”

New England accumulated extra draft capital by trading linebacker Keion White to the San Francisco 49ers and safety Kyle Dugger to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Graziano expects the Patriots to now turn their attention toward adding pieces that can help them return to the postseason.
