A Christmas market with a charitable twist returns to downtown Sarnia Nov. 15.

Shopping for Change, featuring about 40 downtown businesses with Christmas-themed deals and offerings, raised about $4,000 in 2024 for the Women’s Interval Home of Sarnia-Lambton, said Amy Spadafora.

This year’s fourth annual event features a passport and stamp system that encourages visits to local participating businesses for a shot at prizes, she

said.

Raffle ballots are also available for purchase at Coldwell Banker, 169 Christina St., during the event, with proceeds going to the cause, she said.

“Always our main goal is to raise as much funds as we can for the Sarnia Women’s Interval Home,” said Spadafora, with the event organizing committee.
