LOST CREEK, W.Va. (WBOY) — Multiple departments responded to reports of a semi-truck that went off the roadway in Harrison County on Sunday.

According to the Harrison County 911 log the wreck took place just before 11:30 a.m. on Interstate 79 southbound in Lost Creek. A Harrison County 911 official confirmed to 12 News that there were injuries, but did not say exactly how many or if anyone was transported for further treatment.

The 911 log states that the West Virginia State Police is investigating. As of publication WV511 still shows that traffic is backed up, but no lanes have been reported closed.
