PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Darius Slay went down in the first quarter with a hand injury. He went into the blue medical tent and then into the locker room for a short time before returning to the game.
Slay is starting at outside cornerback with Jalen Ramsey at safety with all the injuries there. He has dealt with a few injuries this year but has yet to miss a game with an ailment.
Slay and Joey Porter Jr. have started on the outside while Brandin Echols is playing in the slot. So far, Slay has drawn the matchup of standout Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman, but has held him in check.
Slay has struggled mightily this season, and after allowing Packers wide receiver Savion Williams to run right by him for a touchdown on Sunday, he was yanked from the game moving
