According to the website of the temple, the project, conceived in 2018, will have a temple, the world's tallest Murugan statue, a Tamil cultural museum and a Tamil library. Stephen Horn, an independent journalist, reported that while the temple is still to be developed, the organization has been raising funds selling "blessed" sarees.
