JASPER COUNTY, Miss. - Mississippi authorities said at least one escaped monkey has been captured after a truck carrying the animals crashed last month.

"A homeowner on Hwy 503 near Heidelberg found one of the monkeys on their property this morning," The Jasper County Sheriff's Office announced Sunday on its Facebook page . "Ms Department of Wildlife,Fisheries, and Parks responded and the monkey is now in their possession."
