A nine-month-old baby has died after a dog attack was reported at an address in south-east Wales, police said.

In a statement released on Sunday, Gwent Police said it received a report of a dog attack at around 6pm in an address in Crossway, Rogiet.

“The dog has been seized and removed from the property.”
