It’s not hyperbolic to call that Chicago Bears 47 to 42 win over the Cincinnati Bengals one of the craziest games in Bears history. It was a back-and-forth contest with over a thousand combined yards of offense that fittingly came down to the final seconds.
Bears quarterback Caleb Williams continues to show that clutch-gene that you need your QB to have when he threaded a pass to rookie tight end Colston Loveland with 25 seconds left in the game and the Bears down one. Loveland shook off a couple of tackles and ran 35 more yards to the end zone to give Chicago the lead with just 17 seconds to go.
