Paige Robinson, the owner of Get Fizzy, launched her company six months ago. The company specializes in “dirty soda,” which was popularized by social media and its origins can traced back to Utah.

“It’s soda with creams, purees, syrups,” she said. “It kind of just an amplified version of your favorite sodas.”

On Sunday, she invited the community and over 30 vendors for the first ever Fizz Fest. The festival highlights small and unique businesses and it’s also where the company launch its first ever trailer.

“There wasn’t a market for this in Connecticut, so I wanted to bring it here,” said Robinson. “It’s just fun to have different drinks that just maybe a coffee to get your energy.”
