West Kelowna Warriors beat the defending B.C. Hockey League champions… twice.

On Friday, the Warriors (11-1-2) beat Brooks (8-5-1) 5-3 in the first of back-to-back home games versus the Bandits. Natan Ethier scored a hat-trick in the win. Ian Crowley added two goals including one into an empty net. Nicolas Addy, Alexei Zhukov and Jack Good scored for Broks. Bor Glavic made 28 saves for the Warriors and Zach Zahara 18.

On Saturday, all scoring happened in the third period as West Kelowna edged Brooks 3-1. Oliver Chan scored twice including an empty net marker. Noah Garthe also scored in the win, Jack Rosensteel in the loss. Bor Glavic made 33 stops in the win. Zach Zahara stopped 23 shots for Brooks.
