Mid-Missouri experienced our first freeze of the season on Sunday morning with lows in the upper 20s. Temperatures won’t be nearly as cold in the mornings ahead with lows in the 40s and 50s for the rest of the week with highs in the 60s and even 70s.
MONDAY’S FORECAST
Morning temperatures will start in the middle to upper 30s with a clear sky. Sunshine will be abundant through the afternoon with highs in the middle 60s.
LOOKING AHEAD
Temperatures will be on a warming trend on Tuesday with winds out of the south gusting up to 30-35 mph. This southerly wind will help propel temperatures to the lower 70s.
Rain chances stay slim, with a few sprinkles possible on Thursday night, otherwise we look dry. Temperatures will hold in the 60s as several frontal boundaries push through the region.
