A cross-dressing porch pirate is behind bars after getting caught stealing packages from Alabama homes.

Todd Anthony Bond, 46, was arrested early Friday morning after security footage led Mobile County Sheriff’s deputies straight to him — but at first it seemed they might be searching for a woman.

“A couple of things that kind of stuck out to us that helped solve this crime was the vehicle,” Sergeant Lonnie Parsons of Mobile County Sheriff’s Office told WKRG .

“Obviously the more important thing was this person’s particular look,” he added. “Of course, with Halloween coming up, we were trying to understand whether this person was dressed for Halloween or if this is the way they normally dress.”
