The Seattle Seahawks have had their week off, somehow gotten more injured, and have a road trip to Maryland to take on the reeling Washington Commanders. Seattle sits at 5-2 while the Commanders are 3-5 and with no wins in their last two games. Jayden Daniels is back at quarterback, but Terry McLaurin is out again. Seattle will be severely depleted at wide receiver without Cooper Kupp, Jake Bobo, and Dareke Young in the lineup, plus Julian Love is on injured reserve. On a positive note, Derick Hall and Devon Witherspoon are back on defense, which should make a great unit even better.
Among the many things at stake here is Seattle’s sparkling road record. Mike Macdonald is 10-1 away from Lumen Field and looking to make it 11-1 against a team whom he met with before taking the Seahawks job.
