(NewsNation) — A manhunt is underway for two suspects involved in the explosion at Harvard Medical School on Saturday morning.
At 2:48 a.m. on Saturday, a Harvard University officer responded to a campus building at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Mass., after a fire alarm was activated.
The explosion occurred on the fourth floor of the Goldenson Building in Harvard’s Longwood Medical Campus. The Boston Fire Department Arson Unit determined that the explosion was intentional.

The officer observed two people fleeing the scene and was unable to stop them. Authorities are currently searching for the two suspects who were caught on surveillance footage.
